Applications, Lease, & Rent

Our leases are typically range from 6 to 18 months, but we do offer a variety of options. Contact us for more details. 

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Yes, you can request a specific apartment! And, we can hold an apartment with a deposit completed.

Yes, the security deposit is the first month of rent. Application fee is $75 per adult. Security deposit is $1,250 + $385 administrative fee. And yes, the entire deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is left in the condition it was when residents move-in. 

Residents are responsible for paying their own utilities. 

Apartments cannot be listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Amenities & Policies

Yes. High-speed internet is available and a second or third bedroom works perfectly as an office setup. 

Packages should be delivered to your specific townhome address, as we do not have package lockers.

Yes, each townhome has a full laundry room with washer and dryer. 

We are pleased to be a smoke-free community. All smoking is prohibited in all locations on the premises, including, but not limited to, apartments, patios, parking lots, garages, green spaces, and common areas.

We are a pet-friendly community with a community dog park! Cats and dogs are welcome. We charge a monthly pet rent and have a two-pet limit. See our Pet Policy on the website for details. 

Free parking on the street but each townhome has a two-car garage with a full driveway.

These townhomes are brand new, completed in 2024! 

No, they are ready for you to imprint your personal style. 

Our beautiful townhomes come equipped with all appliances; including electric stoves, sinks with disposals, dishwashers, microwaves, and GE or Whirlpool washers and dryers. 

Tub with a shower combination in each bathroom. 

Yes, apartments feature Central AC and heat so you're comfortable year round. 

Hours & Access

The community clubhouse is open during business hours: 8 AM to 5 PM. 

We are pleased to offer a fully-equipped fitness center, available for residents to use 24/7. Access to the fitness center is via a resident keyfob. 

Pool hours are daily from 10 AM to 8 PM during the summer months. 

Yes, community quiet hours are before 7 AM and after 9 PM.
